What all applicants and business types need


    Each applicant must provide:

  • Social Security number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)

  • Legal name

  • Email adds

  • Home address

  • Mobile number


    Business requirements:

  • Business Tax Identification Number (TIN)

  • Legal business name and physical address

  • A minimum opening deposit of $100

  • Debit and credit card sales estimates (Required for Business Essentials applications)

Requirements by business type

Government-issued identification card may be required, such as:

  • Driver’s license
  • State-issued identification card
  • U.S. passport

Business Taxpayer Identification Number such as:

  • SSN
  • ITIN
  • Employer Identification Number (EIN)

Legal name of business if using a doing business as (DBA) name, (DBA names differ from owners’ / owner’s or legal business names and are often filed with a government authority)

Government-issued identification card may be required, such as:

  • Driver’s license
  • State-issued identification card
  • U.S. passport

  • Business owners who will also be account owners will receive a portion of the application that they need to complete.

Additional documents may be requested to help identify your business or your business’ physical location.
