Online banking steps:

1. Select My accounts at the top of the main page.
2. Choose My documents and select Paperless preferences. 
3. From there you can choose to uncheck Go paperless for all accounts or uncheck the box for E-statements, paperless letters & notices for each eligible account listed, then Save. 

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

1. Open the main menu and select Statements & docs. 
2. Select Paperless preferences. From there you can uncheck Go paperless for all accounts or uncheck the box for E-statements, paperless letters & notices for each eligible account. 
3. Select Save then Done.
