How can I find the Digital Services Agreement?
Your Digital Service Agreement is available anytime you'd like to see it.
To find the Digital Service Agreement using online banking
- From your dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Legal Agreements.
- Choose Digital Services Agreement from the list of PDF files available.
To find the Digital Service Agreement using the U.S. Bank Mobile App
- Open the main menu and select Statements & docs.
- In the "Policies & Agreements" section, select Digital Services Agreement.
Additional information
After setting you your username and password for the first time, you'll be prompted to accept the Digital Services Agreement. Just select Accept, then Accept once more to agree.
