How can I share my screen with a banking representative?

We refer to screen sharing as "cobrowse".  It's an easy, safe, and secure way to allow us to view your screen whenever you grant us access. To start a cobrowse session follow the experience that works best for you:

Online banking

For the best online experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the blue page break. Select Cobrowse. If the cobrowse option doesn't appear when you're logged in, try logging out and accessing the cobrowse link from our home page.
  2. You'll be given a four-digit code to share with us. Don't close the window yet. We'll ask your consent to view your screen and for the four-digit code.
  3. Once the banker has the code, select Dismiss to close the window.
  4. Once you're done and you no longer want the banker to see your screen, select End cobrowse.

U.S. Bank Mobile App

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. From your dashboard, select cobrowse in the bottom left corner of your screen, then select Continue. Cobrowse is also available when you select the speech bubble with the question mark in the upper right corner.
