Any time you want to unenroll from Shared Access, follow these steps to complete the process.
Online banking
- Select Customer service at the top of the page, then select Shared Access.
- In the lower right of the page, select Unenroll Shared Access.
- To unenroll, select Continue and you'll receive confirmation the request is complete.
U.S Bank Mobile App
- Open the main menu, select Manage accounts, then select Manage Shared Accounts.
- Scroll down and select Unenroll in Shared Access.
- To unenroll, select Continue and you'll receive confirmation the request is complete.
