To change your PIN, call our business service center at 800-673-3555 and follow the applicable steps below.
Important: You’ll need to know your previous PIN before you can change it to a new number.
Business ATM or check card PINs - The PIN is assigned to a specific card.
- Speak or enter the card number you want to change the PIN on.
- After authenticating and hearing the account balance, say "everything else" or choose option “8”.
- Now say "Change PIN", then either say "Yes" or press “1” to continue.
- Provide the last four digits of your TIN (tax identification number) when the system asks for the last four digits of your SSN.
Note: This is because your TIN is linked to your business account, not your SSN.
- Enter the new PIN (cannot be 0000 or 9999).
- Re-enter the new PIN. The system will confirm it’s been updated.
IVR* only PIN – There is no business ATM or check card PIN.
- Speak or enter the business's TIN and the current PIN.
- After authenticating and hearing an account balance, say "everything else" or choose option “8”.
- Now say "Change PIN," then either say "Yes" or press “1” to continue.
- Enter the new PIN (cannot be 0000 or 9999).
- Re-enter the new PIN. The system will confirm it’s been updated.

If you have an “IVR only” PIN and an ATM/check card PIN:
- You can only change the ATM/check card PIN using the automated phone system.
- To change the “IVR only” PIN, call our business service center and speak with a banker.
*IVR stands for “Interactive Voice Response”, which is the type of automated phone system we use.
