Eligible cardmembers can enroll in U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan in a few different ways: 

• Use the link in your U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan invitation email.  
• Go to your card account details online.  
• Choose your eligible purchases from the transaction details.   

From here, you’ll choose which purchases to bundle and the length of your U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan. Confirm your details, agree to the terms and you’re set! We’ll reach out via email once your enrollment’s been confirmed.  

Additional information about your U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan, including your eligible purchases and maximum plan amount, will be provided at the time of enrollment.
