How do I check my external account transfer limits in online banking?

We are in the process of enhancing our external account transfers. Your experience may be different from this article.

When using external transfers please keep in mind your name will need to be a signer on both accounts.  

To start the process, log in to online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Select Transfers, then Manage My Transfers.
  2. Select the External Transfers tab.
  3. Select the From account in the drop down menu
  4. Select the information button (blue circle with lower case i) next to the Amount box.
  5. Again, select the account you would like to send from

Your limits for the selected account will now display. If you would like to view a different account just select it from the drop down.

Additional information:

  • Viewing your limits helps you determine how much can be sent and how much has already been sent out in a given time period for each account.
  • Transaction limits vary from person-to-person and account-to-account. 
  • Monthly limits are based on a rolling 30-day calendar period.
  • Limits cannot be changed upon request.
