If we can't automatically verify your external account, we'll make two small deposits (microdeposits) of less than $1, within one to two days. Follow the steps below once you've received the deposits.

For the best online experience, we recommend logging into online banking.

1. Select Transfers, then Manage My Transfers.
2. Select the External Transfers tab and choose Preferences
3. Select Verify next to the new external account and enter the deposit amounts.
4. Once verified you can send funds to or from your accounts.
