How do I enroll or unenroll in Smart Rewards?

We want to make it easy for you to get more rewards. All you need is a U.S. Bank Smartly Checking account. If you don’t have a Smartly Checking account, we can change your existing one during the enrollment process.  

Please note, if you decide to unenroll from Smart Rewards, you’ll lose access to all tier benefits. Review the Consumer Pricing Information brochure for more details.

To enroll in the Smart Rewards program using digital banking

  1. Online banking: Select your checking account and choose Account services. Then select Smart Rewards within the “Payments” section.
    U.S. Bank Mobile App: Select your checking account and choose Manage at the top of the screen. Then select Smart Rewards within the “Account services” section.
  2. Mark the check box next to the account(s) you want to enroll, then select Continue.
  3. Open the Consumer Pricing Information brochure and review it. When ready, select Confirm to complete the enrollment.

To unenroll from the Smart Rewards program using digital banking

  1. Online banking: Select your checking account and choose Account services. Then select Smart Rewards within the “Payments” section.
    U.S. Bank Mobile App: Select your checking account and choose Manage at the top of the screen. Then select Smart Rewards within the “Account services” section.
  2. Scroll and select Unenroll.
  3. Mark the check box next to Yes, unenroll from Smart Rewards and select Confirm.
