If you've forgotten your password and are having trouble logging into your Spend Management account we're here to help.
Reset your password using Spend Management using digital banking
Your title must be: Admin, department lead or employee.
- Go to the Spend Management login page then select Reset your password.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter the last four digits of your social security number.
- You will receive a one-time passcode. You can choose to receive this code via email or text.
- Create a new password to be redirected to the password page.
- Enter and confirm your new password. Password requirements:
- 8-24 characters. No spaces
- At least one number
- At least one letter
- Select Update password.

- If you don't receive your one-time passcode within 30 seconds, you can select Send new code.
- If you’re unable to find the password reset email, please check your spam folder.
- If you've requested a reset link more than once, make sure you're referencing the most recent email.
- Make sure the password contains 8 to 24 characters (no spaces) at least one number, and one letter.
