How do I change or reset my Spend Management account password?

If you've forgotten your password and are having trouble logging into your Spend Management account we're here to help.

Reset your password using Spend Management using digital banking 

Your title must be: Admin, department lead or employee.

  1. Go to the Spend Management login page then select Reset your password
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter the last four digits of your social security number.
  4. You will receive a one-time passcode. You can choose to receive this code via email or text.
  5. Create a new password to be redirected to the password page. 
  6. Enter and confirm your new password. Password requirements:
    • 8-24 characters. No spaces
    • At least one number
    • At least one letter 
  7. Select Update password.

More Information

  • If you don't receive your one-time passcode within 30 seconds, you can select Send new code.
  • If you’re unable to find the password reset email, please check your spam folder. 
  • If you've requested a reset link more than once, make sure you're referencing the most recent email. 
  • Make sure the password contains 8 to 24 characters (no spaces) at least one number, and one letter.
