Complete an application. You can do this online by calling 877-356-1598 or by visiting a U.S. Bank branch. This step may affect your credit score.

Step 3

Submit any requested documentation.

Step 4

Close on your loan or line of credit with an appointment at your local U.S. Bank branch.
