Wealth management services are moving to U.S. Bank. Sign up for U.S. Bank mobile and online banking to continue accessing your accounts digitally. Clients with brokerage accounts, deposit accounts, and loans and lines of credit can sign up on May 30. Trust and investment clients can sign up on June 5.

UnionBanc Investment Services (UBIS) clients will continue to use Wealthscape InvestorSM1 to view account details, move money, access documents and more.

You can expect to receive additional details in the mail and via email in the coming weeks.

Key transition details

Banking

  • A financial services guide and other information will be sent via mail in April.

  • Checking and savings accounts, ATM and debit cards, CDs and IRAs, loans and lines of credit will move to U.S. Bank on Memorial Day weekend – May 27 to 29.

  • Accounts will move automatically.

  • You can sign up for U.S. Bank mobile and online banking on May 30 to view and manage your accounts digitally.

Brokerage

  • Brokerage accounts will remain at UBIS.

  • You will continue to use Wealthscape Investor to view account details, see documents, move money, place trades and more.

  • You can sign up for U.S. Bank mobile and online banking on May 30 for view-only access.

  • Scheduled transfers between your UBIS brokerage accounts, new U.S. Bank deposit accounts and other financial institutions will continue automatically.

Trust and investments

  • Trust and investments accounts will transition to U.S. Bank from June 2 through 4.

  • Accounts will move automatically.

  • You can sign up for U.S. Bank mobile and online banking on June 5 to view and manage your accounts digitally.
