Here’s what to expect:

Starting in May 2023, your mortgage will be serviced by U.S. Bank. Here’s the key information you should know:

  • Payments made on or after May 1 should be made to U.S. Bank. Watch the video on the left to learn about payment options at U.S. Bank.

  • Some payment channels will have limited availability leading up to and during the transition period, but you will not be charged late fees.

  • If you are enrolled in automatic draft for your payment, that service will transfer to U.S. Bank. Please note, if your automatic payment is scheduled during the transition period, it may be delayed three to five business days.

  • If your mortgage has an escrow account, U.S. Bank will begin making disbursements upon completion of the transfer. All disbursements prior to the transfer date will be sent by Union Bank. We will ensure there is no disruption to any outstanding tax or insurance payments.
