Customize when your alerts are delivered; here's how:
To get started, just log in to online banking and follow these steps:
- Select Customer service at the top of the page, then choose My alerts. You'll see all the accounts you can receive alerts for.
- Select from the desired account from the drop-down menu, then select Add alerts.
- You will then select the alerts you'd like to receive in the drop-down menu, then destination where you'd like to receive them by selecting Add.
- Select Save, and your updates are complete.
Additional information
To manage quiet time, it is only available on the full usbank.com website. This option is not available on mobile banking.
To provide you the best protection against fraud, quiet time isn't available for security alerts. These are sent at the time of the security event in question.
