How do I turn account alerts on and off?

Follow these easy steps to turn your account alerts on or off. 

Online banking

  1. From Customer service at the top of the page, choose My alerts.
  2. Select Account activity from the “Notifications” menu on the left. 
  3. Choose All settings, then select the specific alert(s) you’d like to change.
  4. Select the > symbol to the left of the alert name to expand the details.
  5. Use the toggle buttons to turn the alerts on or off.
  6. You’ll need to repeat these steps for each account. Select a different account from the drop down in the top right corner.

U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. From the main menu choose Notifications, then select Account activity.
  2. Choose All settings, then select the specific alert(s) you’d like to change.
  3. Select the > symbol to the right of the alert name to expand the details.
  4. Use the toggle buttons to turn the alerts on or off.
  5. You’ll need to repeat these steps for each account. Select a different account from the drop down in the top of the screen.
