To get started, we suggest having your annual income and monetary asset information available. If there's a joint-owner, we'll need the same details about them too. Then, we'll ask for a few housing details, such as:
- The total monthly house payment.
- How much of the monthly housing payment you're liable for.
- Provide the full amount if you're responsible for the whole payment.
- Provide the portion you pay if more than one person lives in the home and are liable.
- If there's a joint-owner on the account and they're responsible for part of the housing payment, provide the amount they pay.
- If the other person isn't a joint-owner, we don't need their portion of the housing payment.
- Tell us whether you own or rent your home.
