We make it easy to change how your statements are delivered. When changing back to paper statements, it can take a full statement cycle to take effect and fees may apply. 

How to change back to paper statements in Online banking  

1. From the My Accounts tab, select My Documents. 
2. Select Paperless Preferences, select U.S. Mail next to the account and document types. 
3. Review your account and notification preferences, then select Save.

How to change back to paper statements in the U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

1. From the main menu, choose Statements & docs and then Paperless preferences.
2. Uncheck your paperless preferences.
