How do I add or change my mobile, home phone, address, or email on file?

You can update your information using digital banking anytime. Here's how:

Online banking

For the best online banking experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.

  1. Select Customer Service, then My Profile and choose Edit personal details or Edit business details.
  2. Select Edit next to the item you'd like to add or change, complete the form, then select Save.
    • Mobile/home number changes: Enter your new number and review your consent to contact preferences. 
    • Email changes: Enter the new email address and mark the checkbox if you don't wish to receive marketing emails. 
    • Address changes: Enter the new address. Mark the checkboxes if you want that address applied to your other addresses.

U.S. Bank Mobile App

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

  1. Open the main menu, then select the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Personal details.
  2. Select Edit next to the item you'd like to add or change, complete the form, then select Save.
    • Mobile/home number changes: Enter your new number and review your consent to contact preferences. 
    • Email changes: Enter the new email address and mark the checkbox if you don't wish to receive marketing emails. 
    • Address changes: Enter the new address. Mark the checkboxes if you want that address applied to your other addresses.

Additional information

For mobile number changes, you may need to be able to receive a one-time passcode to your former number as part of our authentication process. If you don't have access to your former number, we can help. Call us at 800-USBANKS (872-2657). We accept relay calls.

  • Fraud notifications and other non-marketing communications
