Quickly and easily view your electronic documents in your digital banking. In addition to statements and tax documents, you can view other items such as letters, notices, disclosures and agreements. See: Which letters and notices are available electronically?
How to view electronic documents in online banking
- Select My Accounts at the top of the page, then select My Documents.
- To view electronic versions of address change letters, account notices and more choose Letters and notices.
- Select the account and year you'd like to view from the dropdown menu.
- You can view or download the document by selecting either option.
- To view disclosures and agreement documents scroll to the bottom of any page, then choose Legal Agreement from within the blue section. Next select the item you'd like to view.
How to view electronic documents in the U.S. Bank Mobile App
- Open the main menu and choose Statements & docs.
- To view electronic versions of address change letters, account notices and more choose Letters & Notices.
- Select the account you'd like to view. Use the Choose another account option to change accounts.
- A different year can be selected from the dropdown menu at the top.
- Choose the item to view.
- To view disclosures and agreement documents, select the item you'd like to view from under Policies & Agreements.
