How do I re-enroll in Shared Access?

You can re-enroll for Shared Access at any time, just follow the applicable process below:

Online banking steps:

For the best online banking experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.

  1. Select Customer service at the top of the page, then choose Shared access.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Enroll now.
  3. Follow the prompts and enrollment steps to complete your re-enrollment.

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

  1. Open the main menu and select Manage accounts. 
  2. Choose Manage Shared accounts and select Enroll now. 
  3. Follow the prompts and enrollment steps to complete your re-enrollment.
