How can I go paperless for my trust account?

How to go paperless using online banking

  1. Select My Accounts at the top of the page, choose My documents, select Paperless Preferences.
  2. Determine which accounts you want to be paperless.
    • You can mark the check box next to "Choose digital statements and documents for all eligible accounts".
      OR
    • Mark the check box next to the individual accounts you want to be paperless*
  3. Once complete, select Save to set your preferences.

How to go paperless using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Open the main menu, choose Statements & docs, then select Paperless preferences.
  2. Determine which accounts you want to be paperless.
    • You can mark the check box next to "Go paperless for all accounts".
      OR
    • Mark the check boxes below to the individual accounts you want to be paperless*
  3. Once complete, select Save to set your preferences.

  • Please be aware, you'll need to have an email address on file for this service.
  • Allow one full statement period for the any changes to take effect.
  • You may be sent a paper document, even though you've signed up for paperless preferences. This usually happens because certain notices and communications are required to be mailed to you.
  • Trust accounts: To sign up for paperless documents for joint statements and combined accounts statements, call us at 800-USBANKS (872-2657).

*When setting up your preferences for individual accounts, select the checkboxes within each section to ensure you get all the documents you want electronically.
Example: You'd like to have all documents go paperless for checking account 9999. To do that, select the check boxes next to account 9999 within the "Statements, letters, and notices" section and the "Tax documents" section.
