In most cases our bankers can send a digital application that can be completed during the virtual appointment. However, some maintenance requests required a signature that cannot be done virtually. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer e-sign capabilities with virtual or phone appointments at this time. If a signature is required, you may be asked to visit your local branch to complete your request.
