How do I upload documents to support my credit card dispute claim?

When you start a dispute claim and are answering the questionnaire, you may be given the option to attach supporting documentation. This may include, but isn't limited to receipts, invoices, or emails from the merchant. Uploads are limited to two files with a maximum of 5MB per file. We accept file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

To upload supporting documents for your claim in digital banking

  1. When prompted during the dispute claim questionnaire, select Browse.
  2. Select the location where the file is housed.
    1. To choose a picture in your gallery, select Photo Library
    2. To select a file, select Choose files
    3. If you need to take a picture to create an image, select Take Photo
  3. When the document is uploaded, select Continue to move forward with the rest of the dispute questionnaire.

If you can't find or don't have your supporting documents when initiating your claim, you may be able to upload them later. Visit the status dashboard to upload documents or to check the status of your claim. See also, What is the status dashboard and how do I use it?
