How do I resolve a Spend Management policy violation?

Expense policy violation email alerts will include the reason(s) the transaction(s) is in violation(s) of policy. The email will include instructions to resolve the violation, including information if you fail to comply or correct the issue.  

Once you’ve entered the missing transaction information required, the violation will be resolved, and the card will be turned back on.  

NOTE: If the card was already off prior to a policy violation, the card will remain off. Even after the policy violation is resolved. You’ll need to speak to an admin or business owner to turn the card back on.
