U.S. Bank Spend Management's accounting settings are built to make bookkeeping more seamless and functionally allow businesses to sync and/or export transactions from the Spend Management platform to their general ledger accounts.

The Spend Management platform currently offers direct integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online.

If your business’s accounting software is not listed, you can import your chart of accounts and use custom mapping to apply your general ledger account, location, and class settings to future transactions made with your U.S. Bank cards.
