The Spend Management platform currently offers direct integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online and Xero.

U.S. Bank Spend Management's accounting settings are built to make bookkeeping more seamless. The functionally allows businesses to sync and/or export transactions from the Spend Management platform to general ledger accounts.

If your business's accounting software is not listed, you can import your custom category (ie, chart of accounts, class, location, department, project) to categorize your transactions made with your U.S. Bank cards.
