How to apply for a reserve line of credit

Our application process is fast and easy.

When you’re ready to apply, you’ll need:

  • Social Security number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
  • Home address and employment information

Once you submit your application, we’ll gather your credit information. Typically, we notify you with your reserve line of credit approval status in less than a minute.

Step 3: Close on your reserve line of credit.

If your reserve line of credit is approved, funds are available within one business day of closing.

  1. Subject to credit approval. The APR for advances is 21.90%. There is no annual fee. You only pay finance charges on the amount you borrow. Credit line may be reduced or additional extensions of credit limited if certain circumstances occur.

  2. Overdraft fees may still be incurred if your Reserve Line does not have sufficient available credit to cover activity that overdraws your account.

  3. May be subject to an Overdraft Protection Transfer Fee imposed on your checking account. Your Deposit Account Agreement and the Consumer Pricing Information brochure list terms, conditions, and fees that apply to U.S. Bank personal checking accounts.
